5/10 plan

granted its better than some i've read on here, it does need massive revising. It sounds like something you got off of ZombieLand or Shaun Of The Dead. First, i'd suggest better melee weapons than a baton and a knife. something that gives you a little more distance and has a better chance of destroying the brain in one hit. Second, reinforcements arent that simple. Zombies posses the same strength as humans but their greatest ally is not being exhausted. A barricade that would physically exhaust a human could potentially be dismantled by as few as three infected in less than 24-hours. Depending on the type of house you should either park it in/on the attic or roof. for second story you should get all supplies upstairs (along with yourself) and destroy the staircase(not using fire or just barricading it)Third, going to the police station is suicide. When things die, then get back up and run around biting people, where do u think your towns folk will go to complain? BINGO! - the police station. That means theres going to be a mob there. find another local gun store and go there. people arent to smart these days so instead of stocking up on guns and provisions there gunna get in the car to visit aunty or run to the church to pray. Although most of your plan needs work, i'd like to thank you for even mentioning leather. My first rule is : Cover Your Meat. I'd like to see a zombie mother ****** bite through leather! sure its pretty baggy (unless were talking pants) but its quality stuff. I think your plan needs much revising. I'd suggest looking at some of the other user plans to get more idea's.Also (if you dont have one yet) buy The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks. i got mine at borders but if you dont have one near you im sure ebay is just as useful. It will help you realize many of the flaws of your plan. There are things in there that i didnt even think of and im a total zombie nut. Happy Zombie Hunting Do you find this valuable?

Why should he base his plan off of a comedy book but not a comedy movie? Neither of those are a good idea. Everyone here will appreciate criticism, but keep in mind that the ZSG is not our bible.

For those that don't know it, please don't go out and buy the ZSG. We have a copy of it right here on the site. Save some cash and read it here. Completely agree with Maricely though.
