If you want to die, maybe. I'd never do that in a single day. Hell, I barely do 300 a WEEK.

that's the whole thing it's muscular endurance-repeating the same motion over and over as opposed to muscular strength (how much pressed at once) as far as bench pressing is concerned I'm only good for about on set of ten with 135Lbs. Plus I've taken some long breaks in netween each set of push ups which makes a substantial difference ...
