Zombie owners plan V1 (Will make updates and accept help)

Well I will start with my BOB
Crowbar - for melee (Inspired by half life)
22 rifle - For hunting
Shotgun - For close range and hunting
Journal - To record every characteristic of the zombies
Axe- Firewood and melee
Ammo - To be sure I never run out
A pot - To boil water to clean it
A book of different kinds of poisons ( know what I am savaging)
A fishing rod'
A book about camping and stuff
Bottled water
Food
extra clothes
Dual Kukri's
Lock blade Hunting knife
ducttape
Now my Bol:
Bring my brother and dog to Roper Mountain Science center ( It has a good area for shelter in the entrance A nature walk full of huntable racoons and ducks and a pond full of catfish and a historical area with a Corn patch). However because of its size and easy entrance forest me and him are still debating. So we may just barricade somewhere in the suburban area we call home ( vegetable garden abandoned tennis court next to lake and plenty weapons)
Journal plan: When I see certain behaviors of these things I can record it so I have better chances of survival (E.g. If I see them kill eachother )
Horde Plan:Avoid all noise and wait with a molotov cocktail or homemade flamethrower for them to come.

"Well I will start with my BOB
Crowbar -To break into abandoned houses for supplies such as food and water and for melee (Inspired by half life)
22 rifle - For sniping and hunting
Shotgun - For close range and hunting
Journal - To record every characteristic of the zombies so I can be prepared for certain features of them
Axe- Firewood and melee
Ammo - To be sure I never run out
A pot - To boil water to clean it
A bible- I am 1/2 christian

Now my Bol:
Bring my brother and sister with me to the abandoned baseball field near my church(Which Is weird because I am 1/2 atheist and he is 100% atheist)- although poisonous animals lurk there ,it is perfect for survival And barricades Plus it is right next to a lake.

My bonus plans:
Journal plan: When I see certain behaviors of these things I can record it so I have better chances of survival (E.g. If I see them kill eachother )
Horde Plan: Step1: use 22 scoped rifle to snipe as many as possible Step2: When there are enough for a molotov to handle go at them and use one
Theif plan: when I am out salvaging for supplies and I see an abandoned house Break in and put supplies in salvage pack
The neighbor plan: Let passing survivors in it is a big field after all"
If you are able to get a higher calibre rifle, a .22 at range wouldn't penetrate a skull (I think)

Completely off topic, but how can you be half atheist and half Christian?

On topic. A .22 won't deal the needed damage at "sniper" range. And all the baseball fields I have seen are missing something: a roof. What is your plan to keep the weather out?

Oh he never said he was half Christian. The other half may be atheist too.

On topic: dedicated baseball fields, like the amateur league ones, tend to have roofs over the bleachers.
What I am curious about is why you chose that location? It'd be a great staging area because people would be going to government facilities, but not so great as a BOL.

Never heard of an atheist Christian...

@SteelRain, actually he did say he was half Christian, the bottom of his BOB list next to the bible he's bringing.

What about food, fire, and how much ammunition is "Ammo - To be sure I never run out"?

What type of "poisonous animals lurk there"? That could be a very bad problem, especially if their rattle snakes or an large number of black widows. That would be a really bad place to go if you have to worry about poisonous animals all of the time!

Well then I guess you HOLY confused! Get it?
*Da Dum Tish*
Thank you folks I'll be here all week.

Go in more depth with your plans, and living in a world were bullets can go over the 1000 yard range a "big" baseball field isn't all that big.

Alright, we don't want to turn this thread down the wrong road.

Back on topic, I would say everything in your bug out bag has a use. The journal is a good idea. I would add some food and matches at the least.

When I first came around here, I too had the "steal everything" mentality. Its understandable: Grand Theft Auto is a fun game. But few people take kindly to thieves , and there needs to be something left to steal for looting to be a viable option for sustaining yourself. The saying around here goes: "If you don't have it now, don't expect to find it".

I like the journal idea. For what it's worth, it's really impressive that you're evolving your plan. Keep it up! Eventually you'll get your main plan worked out and any contingencies. Do you find this valuable?

First off I haven't a clue what your religious beliefs have to do with zombie planning. I'm not worried about your faith or your brother's faith. Come on dude. That takes everyone's interest away from your plan and de-rails your thread.

That being said I believe your heading in the right direction. I like your choices in firearms. A .22 rifle and a 12 gauge shotgun would be at the top of my list of survival guns. You get a big thumbs up from me on those choices. No mall ninja crap there, bare knuckle basics all the way.

Your axe and crowbar are two good choices as well. One for obtaining wood, the other for B and E. What you really need to consider is water and food, in that order. Water is the single most important element of any kind of survival.

The baseball field is a unique choice and something I don't believe I've seen before. How much shelter is at this field? How high are the fences?

Journal plan: Good idea.
Horde Plan: I'm afraid that .22 might not be up to the task of sniper rifle. Its good for what it was intended for (small game) but I don't know if I'd trust it to penetrate a skull at the hundred yard range.
Theif plan: How will you know for sure that a house is abandoned? People will be hiding out. Lights off, making little noise as possible and staying inside. Break into the wrong home and it could be the end of you.
The neighbor plan: How many people can you support there? What if they arrive without food or water? How much shelter do you have to spare?

Keep asking, keep learning, keep thinking. Glad to see you come back with a better attitude. :)

I read ZSG and he suggested a journal, didn't think it was a good idea but now I do, need to put one in when I make mine, Over all good start for your plan, keep evolving as TR says and it'll be great

@TR-he put bible down and said why so people would not bother him and ask YTF do you have a bible...maybe...I don't know, best guess; as for his bro, he was just mentioning the irony i guess

No food, no water in the BOB. Mistake.

First aid kit? Sleeping bag, emergency thermal blanket?

Going somewhere there are poisonous animals on purpose? Don't recommend it.

Why a .22?

Journal, yes.
Horde, Molotov? Why the sudden surge in people wanting to make FireZombies?
Thief, scavenging is not a reliable way to survive.
Neighbours, share the space, fine. But what about food and water? If you run low, are you going to let them starve? Are they going to just sit there and take it?
