Does anybody care if I delete the "Carbines" section and make a "three gun" section?

I think you should try PM'ing a mod or admin on that. I know generally editing is fine if it's not BS, but full deleting is usually only done by them higher-ups.

In that case, it's probably alright. If it's rearranging or editing, it's usually fine. If you want to be safe, you could start a new page/s and then get their approval to take down the existing one once its replacement is finished.

"It's just a small section under "Scrounger Gear" that I want to move up a bit Eh, I'm gonna go for it, If the want me to edit it back, I will, but it shouldn't be a problem Do you find this valuable? |

Shouldn't be. Really, as far as I can tell from when I used to edit stuff, it's really just deleting other people's work that they frown upon. Plus, page views are saved, so you could always just copy and paste the old version back over if there was a major issue.
