THE BULLPUP MOSIN NAGANT!
Apr 2 2011, 11:11 PM EDT
Okay okay okay! i don't care about the "bullpup is better than" arguments, or vice versa. An idea came to my head, and google images gave it.i typed bullpup mosin nagant and got this first: http://www.gunandgame.com/forums/attachments/powder-keg/24155d1248678128-54-bullpup-bullpup3.jpg its some bullpup .54 caliber single shot i think. Modeled after the WA2000 stock? Perhaps. now, heres a standard mosin nagant, and then a "space age" mosin pullpup: http://students.cis.uab.edu/tyallen/mosin_nagant.jpg http://www.cbrps.com/publishImages/Products~~element322.jpg Are you guys getting at what im thinking? Wooden thumbhole stock for the mosin nagants? I doubt this has been done. and if it has, show me. The idea seems.. like an OMG genius moment. and, if one of you happens to be a stock making/woodworking person, by all means take my idea. All i ask in return is the ability to either have one for free or buy one at a discounted price.. LOL. Opinions? Do you find this valuable? |

"http://world.guns.ru/sniper/sniper-rifles/rus/ots48-e.htmlthat is gawd awful LOLZ oh well.. i still like the mental image i have of the wooden stock look i suggested in a mosin package. Regardless of ergonomics, recoil, etc. Sometimes you just got a desire.. Do you find this valuable? |

oh, ok. I agree its expensive and looks nice, but I still think there are better designs out there. I plan on making my own stock for it soon, but because of my ship date for BCT being so soon, it might be a while untill it gets done. When I start it I will take pictures if anyone would want to duplicate it. Do you find this valuable? |

There's some company that already makes bullpup stocks for the Nagant, and a couple other firearms like the AK-47 (pattern) and the mini-14.Where are you getting stuck? I was sent to Ft. Knox for Basic. Do you find this valuable? |
