I hope they do this movie in a way that does the book justice. I just don't see how a 90 minute movie can connect you with the survivor stories the way reading it does.

I hope Mickey Rourke plays the role of the bad ass mercenary texan that is assigned to protect the snobby celebs. I totally imagined him playing the merc everytime I read that chapter.

"LOL that would be good. I could see either him or Jeff Bridges in his Rooster Cogburn guise. (Though, admittedly, I read the book before True Grit came out.) I still say April Bowlby would be good for the role of...Sharon, I think. The woman that had the mind of the 4 yeard old girl. They describe her as looking similar to April. Also, it would be cool if the got the kid that planned Glenn in TWD to play the otaku kid. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

For me, I just thought it was entertaining. I never took most of it seriously if I was in a situation where zombies were everywhere. I'm not totally convinced the movie is going to be all that great. But I have heard that they are going to split it into 2 parts. That might make it better. Hopefully. Do you find this valuable? |

Supposedly the set was briefly shut down in Romania (?) when the police came rushing in thinking they were arms dealers. I think it was Romania. Anyways, some foreign country tried to get in the way. Silly foreigners. :P
