"you really don't want any other people in your house in less you make quaritine area(a place where you stay if you have a diesease or risk) but you need to board up your house and leave an open little space to shoot the zombies. i would but propane tanks out to shoot when zombies come. always have gas hidden somewhere so looters( people who break in and steal your supplies) don't get it, the reason you would wanna do this is because if you needed to escape you could. always wear a approtiate clothing like masks,gloves,long sleeved shirts,blue jeans,boots with your jeans tucked in them. ammo,water,and food are the most important resources.

Read up on some of the more lengthy threads and learn from them. I can pretty safely say that anything you've thought of has been discussed at one point or another.
