Bites!

A while ago I found a section in the local newspaper that had me wondering.
It was an article about human bites and what to do if you get bitten.
They told you to seek hospital as soon as possible and avoid contact with the wound.

I don't think it really means anything. Do you find this valuable?

The main reason for this is there is a high risk of infection if you are bitten by another person (or animal) and it breaks the skin. If you are bitten you should go to the hospital and/or get a Tetanus shot (if the doctor deems it necessary). 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Bites can be contagious with diseases for all you know.
So yes, seeking immediate help to disinfect/treat would be a good idea.
