Good deals thread.

This is a place for everyone to post what they believe to be good deals they've found on the internet. Its great to find a good deal and even better when you can pass that info on to your friends. http://www.palmettostatearmory.com/2276.php I believe this rifle kit is a good deal. Its a complete AR-15 midlength w/ adjustable stock, flat top upper and a stainless .223 Wylde barrel. $499.99 plus shipping and handling. All you have to provide is a stripped lower. Feel free to share links and info on other kinds of survival gear and weapons you've found. 7 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |

Here's a link to get a Spyderco Tenacious for a little under $33 with no tax and free shipping. http://www.amazon.com/Spyderco-Tenacious-Handle-Folding-Plain/dp/B001EI7578 This is where I got mine. For under $40 you can get a well made, excellent EDC knife. I've been using mine for over 2 months and it still hasn't lost the shaving sharp edge. It has a 4 way adjustable clip and it's completely SouthPaw friendly (I'm a lefty myself). It's got a 3 3/8 inch blade. If you want to go a little bigger take a look at the Spyderco Resilience, it cost about $5-$10 more and is a about an 1 1/2 inch longer. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

For my AK loving brothers. Here's a link to a deal for $10 used AK mags. I ordered some of these myself, aside from some insertion marks they don't appear used and come with a small layer of cosmoline. It's a great deal for sturdy mags. These will fit thinner Euro mag wells a little better than thicker receivered guns but they'll work fine in either. http://www.aimsurplus.com/product.aspx?item=MAK47E30&name=Surplus+European+Steel+AK47+7.62x39+30rd+Magazines&groupid=15 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Swedish military surplus 35L external-frame rucksack - $20 before shipping.http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/used-swedish-military-35l-backpack.aspx?a=800760 Might make a good bare bones BOB. No waist or sternum straps, but it's a fairly small backpack. You can also rig up a sternum strap using cordage or lashing straps. Do you find this valuable? |

I'm resurrecting this thread. With all the talk of budget weaponry and tools we've had recently I think this thread deserves a second chance at life. http://www.amazon.com/Cold-Steel-Tanto-Secure-Ex-Sheath/dp/B004H9DO4Y/ref=dp_cp_ob_sg_title_0 I own one of these myself. For the money it's not a bad knife. The steel is a little soft and the grind keeps it from taking a razor edge but as far as a "Fighting" knife goes it's pretty solid. Don't let my criticisms fool you, I really do like this knife. It may not take/hold a great edge but it's not hard to get this knife practically sharp (More than sharp enough for combat). The sheath is very practical and can be adjusted for left/right hand carry as well as accepting a tek lock. Keep this thread alive, it has potential. Do you find this valuable? |

That is a really nice looking knife, ODB37. I may actually look into getting one of those. As for other zombie gear, not necessarily a cheap deal, but great weapons, imo, are any of the Cold Steel weapons, or www.zombietools.net. Also, for some multi-tools/weapons, I thought the Crovel was pretty awesome. http://www.gearupcenter.com/categories/Exclusive/ Do you find this valuable? |

On the subject of well priced edged items, you might check out a becker knife.Becker is sort of a partner company with Ka-Bar, and i know a lot of you guy are familiar with their work. Becker makes incredible quality products. I personally own a becker companion. Its a great workhorse/camp knife. They go for as cheap as 65 dollars. heres a link http://www.rmtactical.com/advanced_search_result.php?search_in_keywords=1&plural=1&s=1&keywords=KBAR200021 Do you find this valuable? |

"On the subject of well priced edged items, you might check out a becker knife.Becker stuff is pretty cool. Heck they used to be even cheaper though lol. I have a Catologue that dates back to when Camilus owned Becker and the Had BK7s for sale for $30. The companion looks sweet though. Do you find this valuable? |

http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ItemDetail.aspx?sku=BJR834I just bought this harness and I love it! the light green is pretty bright but other than that it's awesome! it's easy to assemble once you get it, comfortable, and quite sturdy. the ALICE panels will fit MOLLE pouches with little trouble and I currently have two MOLLE SAW pouches (one british one US), and 4 G3 double mag pouches (also CTD) Do you find this valuable? |

"http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ItemDetail.aspx?sku=BJR834Wide straps, chest strap and no meat hooks. That looks a lot better than the suspenders I see at most US surplus stores. Will it fit big people? Do you find this valuable? |
