Advantages and disadvantages of a Mortuary BOL

Upsides:
- They have lots of concrete on hand to pour the outer caskets that the coffins are put into. You could use this to maintain or build defenses.
- They all have a crematorium on site. Easy way to make a body burn is put them in one of these, light the fire, and let the oxygen flow...
- Fairly large buildings with lots of room for a small community.


Downsides:
- Depending on the zombie archetype you may have a problem with the dead bodies that were already in the building when you show up.


What do you guys think? Do you find this valuable?

Of course, you would need to know how to build with concrete AND how to operate the crematorium. Do you find this valuable?
