Check in point
Sep 29 2011, 6:11 AM EDT
If this was to happen, our check in point to meet with family and friends would probably be a close to a college campus towards the east, outside of town. It is very secluded out there and one can not even see the campus from the main road. There is a clocktower that we could meet at and I suppose our signal could be a "muffled" quick light from a flashlight (the flashlight could be muffled by say pantyhose or something like that, if we're meeting at night.) If we're meeting during the day time, I am not sure what a suitable signal would be.......any ideas from anyone?

Hang something brightly colored from an object that is easy to see from multiple directions but also doesn't lead directly to the actual meeting place. For example, using your clock tower wrap some orange marking tape around the highest point you can reach, which means you have arrived and to continue to the arranged meeting place (which is somewhere else). I don't have any idea what the actual place looks like for better suggestions.Edit: Negligent spelling. Do you find this valuable? |
