what if you are that raider how would you go about it and before anyone yells or ban me i make a point its survive of the fitist sure i dont mean the kind of raider how says ill steal you **** and rape your women i mean guys like highway men basicly taxation on roads Do you find this valuable?

Well you do what's neccessary to survive. I wont mention anything that breaks the law or encourages others to do so. When it comes to survival, you do what it is you have to do. Do you find this valuable?

This topic is actually brought up pretty regularly. There's one on the front page right now; "Raider or Survivor." I'd check that out, and maybe try the search bar. Do you find this valuable?

For me it's not so much being the raider; it's thinking like a raider in order to deal with them.
What would I do if I was going to raid me? It helps pinpointing your weaknesses to better secure yourself. 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

I love how everyone acts like there going to be this nice guy who helps everyone who comes along. History has shown differently however when the power goes out and your belly begins grumbling you'll be surprised how fast people will kill other people to get what they want. Do you find this valuable?

Help! Help! I need a moderator here ASAP!

Ban this user immediately! He's just suggested something nobody has ever suggested (today).

You're not going to get banned for suggesting being a raider. One of my favorite people to argue with (IrishHitman) never hid the fact that his plan revolved around raiding. He never got banned for his stance. Do you find this valuable?

Under the right moon any man can become evil incarnate. But for some that moon is a rare sight.
The fact of the matter is that unity will insure one's survival longer than seeking conflict (which raiders must do to live).

Yes I will be nice because being nice makes my life easier than being an asshate 24/7. That's not the same as being a pushover.

Most everyone on this site mentions daily that they can't help everyone or don't have the supplies to do so. Most of our plans involve staying away from people in general.
Like Carnack said, any man has the potential to become evil incarnate under the right circumstances. That doesn't mean every man will though even under tense circumstances. I'd kill someone over trying to harm my family, but at the same time I don't believe I'm capable of killing someone for their crumbs because I'm hungry myself. Do you find this valuable?

Is it not just as easy to talk of being a cold-blooded snake in a time when you don't need to be such?

It goes both ways mac.

I have logical reasons for not raiding. That logic does not magicly disappear when my belly is empty. Do you find this valuable?
