I'm gonna say a cross between survivor and scavenger. I admit to being a bit of a gear ***** but tend to stick to the fundamentals. I have a "phenom" of a bug out kit, some of it for "creature comfort" most of it utilitarian, but none of it necessary to my survival.
Do you find this valuable?

half survivor half scavenger.I'm propered but not over done I don't have a big arsenal but have what I need and plenty of it and am not rely parnoid. Do you find this valuable? |

Initial bug out I'd say 95% survivor 5% scavenger, once primary BOL has been reached and settled, inside the wire I'd say 50/30/20 survivor/homefront/scavenger...outside the wire 60/40 survivor/scavenger.

I feel like I'm half survivor and half scavenger. xD I'd mostly rely on firearms and try to stockpile as much as possible yet, foraging for anything and everything that could be of use.

I might be closest to homefront (though I'd prefer to be survivor/scavenger) because the house I'm living in was the first one in this entire area, built by my grandfather back in the late 70s. It's been in my family for literally three generations now, and I see no reason to move even if I become a millionaire.

Split between survivor and scavenger. Much more likely to just be a raider with some serious regrets and hatred for myself for what I've had to do to stay alive.

I'm a survivor just like most people on the site.What bothers me is that when i talk to people about prepping, the only people who listen are the mall ninja's(With only a verry few exeptions). I've been trying to recrute somme people for my bug out plan but me 'n my pall can't "take care" of all the idiots that "want" to tag allong and "kick somme undead ass", and the few that are capable of staying alive in a disaster don't even want to here me out. Anneyone got anney tips? Do you find this valuable? |
