Is there any solid way to tell if is the medicated disease bacterial or a virus, so using of antibiotics would have a meaning? Do you find this valuable?

You need a zombie to experiment on. Otherwise, no.

1. Recognition, not Recognization.

2. Using a sample of an infected persons blood under a microscope. Bacteria are easy to see at 1000x magnification *if* you have prepared the slide with the correct contrast matter and know how to use the equipment. Some you could see at less, since we have been finding them since the 17th century.

Parasites are very visible at 40x enhancement, whilst virii require an electron microscope.

3. Use of antibiotics only make sense if (a) the antibiotics can kill the bacteria and (b) can be administered before the host has undergone the "death" portion of the transformation process. Otherwise, they would kill the pathogen and leave you with a corpse.

I was talking about any disease, not the zombie one and when you have no microscope. Do you find this valuable?

Some diseases you can recognize by symptoms. Others, look similar in symptoms and that is when a doctor usually requests a blood test.

Realize, however, that modern medicine rarely tests for anything, but prescribe antibiotics as a cure-all. After all, if the ABs don't work, you have ruled out one of the four normal types of infection (Virus, Bateria, Parasite, and Fungus). Do you find this valuable?

For any other disease, 1 and 2 still apply. 3 (a) also applies, (b) does not.
