Oh I don't know why the word C-O-C-K is censored out. It's not like it's an offensive word frequently used on pornographic sites to refer to the phallus or anything...Yes, we realize that this causes some issues when we're referring to the "c0cked" state of a given firearm's hammer. However, we're unable to turn of said filters because or server, WetPaint, enforces it pretty aggressively. On 99% of their sites, when the word "C-O-C-K" is used, it isn't being used in reference to a firearm... Do you find this valuable? |

"Is that some kind of sick joke or something?What LJ said, this has been an issue for a while. But, WP doesn't want to let us turn off the language filter because of all the Roleplaying sites that are frequented by younger kids that Wetpaint hosts. Do you find this valuable? |
