Well the most logical way to do that is resign and hand over to someone competent. It would mollify the strikers and protesters, give the power to someone who can handle it and ensure that people are happy.

But despite being the most logical answer, it isn't the most fun one, is it?"
I can see when a scenario is stupid or doesn't consider unique differences between users as well, but I think working within a stupid, restricted scenario enhances your problem solving skills, too.
