If they favor companies and their reviews can't be trusted, how is the site okay? (Assuming "okay" means its a good site and reliable)

Well their not going to lie about the products quality. Just have a look at the katanas they review and the fact that they just so happen to have only those katanas for sale( some of them). Just saying I tried to get a katana from an online site they say is great but others and myself give the place a bad review for bad service.
