Rendezvous Point Terry Hills Estates

Terry Hills Estates is North west of Phoenix just off of Grand Ave. I've never been there myself but I've seen Airel photes "Google Maps" it apears to have what looks like it has a strip mine, Rv Park, and high end estates with pools. I have a ex-military friend who share my interest in being prepaired. He plans on going there with others and prepairing it for short term incampment. I plan on occuping a loctaion in the city and gathering supplys and then moving the supplys to the rendezvous. Do you find this valuable?
