Colin Hatfield is a United States Medical Detective sent to a poverty stricken African City to investigate the outbreak of a local illness infecting the citizens. Along with him, his team of assistance come and with the help of the already established Red Cross they begin to discover the horrible side affects of the illness. But before they can react they are swept up in a citywide conflict as the illness quickly takes over the city sitting it into a chaotic state. The team finds themselves in a deeper situation then they had came for as those sick with then illness become “zombie” like creatures laying siege to all those healthy within the city. Fighting for survival the team must now battle their way out of the city to hope that their might be a possibility to stop then illness from taking the rest of the continent, if not the world.
