"...i whoever owns that property/stuff, like say the husband bought the horse but the wife bought the house, so in effect the husband will get horse but the wife will get the house. ..."
This harkens back to Viking times, not totally, but is reminiscent. Division of property is extremely important in a subsistence economy. Control of resources can mean life or death. In much of Northern Europe, the husband owned the land, but the wife owned the buildings on it. I'm pretty sure that's where the expression, "He's in the dog house." came from. The wife was within her rights to lock the husband out of the house for whatever reason.

I would expect marriage to work similarly to how it works now. Only, people would marry sooner and "poor man's divorce's" would happen more often. Do you find this valuable?

Sorry but in my opinion stealing peoples property and giving it to someone else is a violation of their right to property, in my opinion people even if married should own their own property and money. Also if you don't have any land well you can move in back with the folks there is no shame with living within your parents house in my opinion. Finally i see no problem with a women locking her man out of her property sounds perfectly fine too me. As I told you before the government will recognize the persons as 2 separate entity's marriage will not change that, and it will only be recognized as a social status(basically a more formal version of a girlfriend/boyfriend). For you gays out there that should make you happy because since the government doesn't recognize it basically and keeps out of it they cant say whether or not you can marry each other or not.

my adaption of a religion will be of a belief of a god but he does not care for us. i mean think about it why a god that has power beyond are greatest minds.there is also the fact that he can destroy and in the bible he will destroy us and he can easily make better humans.
