"do you like it? do you agree with? comment and let me know"
You may want to specify what it is we're agreeing or disagreeing with? Like, the mindset of the show, the accuracy, etc.

I like the show in general; it's pretty entertaining. But, some of the characters REALLY get on my nerves.

I'm a huge fan of the show. It's not just about surviving in a post Z Day world. It's also about how survivors try to adjust and work together. 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

It's my personal favourite zombie media.

However, i disagree with the way they do things. Everything could have been done better.

I personally hate it. Its like General Hospital or All My Children...but with zombies. Too much Jerry Springer crap in it for my taste. I get there will be tension and issues in a random group of survivors and all that, but it falls flat for me.
They also made ridiculous and stupid decisions that no reasonable person would make to move the story along etc, etc. That gets under my skin as well.

Absolutely. There are times it gets cringeworthy. But all in all, entertaining enough, I guess. What's good about it is the ability to watch it and say "where did they go wrong?" Trouble is it's a long list, but it does give some scenarios that are worth thinking about and considering what we would do given the same situation.

For example, how about painting a warning on the approach roads to Atlanta?
How would you go about posting better watches at camp?
What about sourcing spare parts for the RV?
Finding a relatively safe evacuation point from the farm & stocking it with some supplies just in case. They had no evac. plan in place at all!

These just off the top of my head. But seeing a zombie tv show is cool, nontheless.

Well, most of the characters being idiots is taken directly from the comics, now that I've had a chance to read them. I do not think a random selection of people, none of whom have any military experience, and only one of whom (who was a mouth breathing ********* wife beater) had prepped at all, is going to magically be good at surviving an apocalypse. If you took two dozen random people off the streets and they managed to consistently make good decisions during a zombie apocalypse I would be blown away. Remember, there are no romero movies or resident evil games in the walking dead universe. This is a whole new thing that nobody there even imagined. Of course they're going to screw up a lot. They're making it up as they go along.

It's not entirely fair to the characters of the show to judge them as if they should know everything you know about surviving a zombie apocalypse. They're random survivors of a, to them, unimaginable epidemic. You're a regular poster of a website about that very same epidemic. If everyone on the show made well-informed good decisions all the time I don't think it would be worth watching. I don't want to just nod along with every episode and go "yes, excellent, good work, exactly what I would do." I want to see what someone else would do, and see what happens to them when they do it, good or bad.

As stated before, The Walking Dead is good entertainment, and gives a sounding board for ideas, and posing questions as to would you do the same thing as they do.

A lot of things they do get on my nerves. The main issue I have is, why are they struggling to keep that damn archaic RV running, when there are thousands of newer RV's sitting around in dealerships, storage areas, houses, etc.
